hi, can the o2 sensor be moved after turbo ? like most cars and not infront of it ? will it make eny troble if its moved after turbo ?

the o2 movement ? the only whay to get a turbo upgrade is to get a diffrent manifold, like spoolen has no place for o2 the only whay to do it is to mount it after the turbo in the dp was wodering if the reading be diffrent ? will the car act the same or diffrent ?

the T28 turbo upgrade is direct bolt on... so "different manifold" is just total nonsense

umm no with what flange, some one sad it that our turbos have diffrent flange on it and t28 would not bolt up unless maybe our turbo is sent out some where to be modified ? duno could be wrong

someone need's to find out if the T28 would work. i've asked this question before and all the reply's were like are you stupid? f#@k that a T28 turbo would be a hell of alot better then the small T25 we have now. but what the hell do i know?

ye i though t28 is a mutsu turbo ? or maybe not, but still would like to know if it make a diffrence moving the o2 sendor ? eny one :(

to answer your question, yes you can move the o2 sensor to after the turbo. they're won't be that much of a difference in it's reading since it's still reading raw spent exhaust. the only biggie with 02's is that when you have two or more they look for a difference in readings between each, ie the one after the turbo should read richer than the one after the cat, if the ecu doesn't see a difference that's where you get a cel from p-code 13 for cataliytic converter ineffecient.

I really don't think your tranny is going to stand up to anything bigger and a higher boost level. The GT25R flows fine, effeciency drops a little at 16 psi but it spools fast, but not to fast considering we have a 9.1 c/r.

YOu got a compressor map to show that?

Thaks I and 4 other people have been hunting for it for 3 days now!

I know alot of guys have been looking for flow charts so here it is. This is for the most common variety of GT25, which I beleive ours is. There is about four different models of the GT25.
