M martroy Jan 28, 2002 #1 I was thinking of putting some NGK Iridium spark plugs in my MP3. Did someone try that ? Does it make a difference ? Also, it our manual, it says that we can use either BKR5E-11 or BRK6E-11 plugs in our cars. Does anyone knows the difference ? Thanks,

L LinuxRacr Contributor : 2001 Mazda MP3 Jan 28, 2002 #2 The differences are the heat ranges. BKR5E-11 are the stock heat range plugs. BKR6E-11 is one heat range colder, and BKR7E-11 are 2 steps colder (recomended for N20).
