New Mazda5 owner.

Just purchased a 2010 Mazda5 Sport with 80,000 miles. My wife wanted a van but I didn't, so we got a Mazda5. We call it the anti minivan or the mini minivan. I do like the little van and can't wait to pick her up from the dealer. Before I bought it I made sure that they serviced the transmission and fixed a squeak in the rear that turned out to be sway bar bushings and we are just waiting for the parts to come in and then we go get her. And to break her in we are going to drive it 12 hours to New York for a family reunion and it will be quite an upgrade from my old Grand Marquis on road trips. I hope to learn a lot here and hope for a long life for my 5.

Welcome. That is crazy high mileage for a '10 but that's a good trait in a used car, IMO!

My 10 has 79k on it and I put 30K of those on it in one year. Almost 80k and still going strong, i love it!

Welcome! You will find that the 5 is a superlative road trip car, both for the driver AND the passenger(s) My wife can't live without second row reclining seats anymore LOL
