for our fog lights .. I know I can get the hyper whites but i would rather get red bulbs and I was hoping to find some .. I will not do the redneck cheap way of painting the bulbs ... or putting the little rubber colored condom on it either ... I hate looking at my car and i see my lows and highs being hyper white and my fogs look like crap

WHy would you want them to be red? NOt only will it look like crap on the front end but it is also very illegal. ANd before anyone says anything about local laws it does not matter. DOT states that you can not have red or blue on the fron of a vehicle unless it is an emergency vehicle.

I did not ask for your opinions or weather it was legal or not .. i obviously know it is illgal and to let "MYFBEX00" know I have had red lights in the front of my Mazda since the first day i bought it .. and also my honda prelude as well i had for 2 years ... so i think i am doing just fine ..and also if and when i get these red lights I will obviously not run them while driving at night .. the other red lights i have are my directionals in the front headlight assembly red and i even have two blue strobes in the upper grill that are very visiable .. so agian I ask ..does any one know where to get these if they are made????

Seeing how our foglamps use H3 bulbs, I seriously doubt you are going to find a red bulb. This is because H3's generate much more heat than most other bulbs. Personally, i've never seen a colored H3 bulb besides the typical hyperwhite type stuff. Even if a company were to produce these red bulbs, they would have to be made of red dyed glass. If they put a cheap coating on it like most 1157 style bulbs, it would be gone in a matter of minutes...lol
Wow you have a lot more posts than me so you are special there junior. How old are you. ANd I guess it doesn't matter that I have been here over a year longer than you either.
