need help p5 not starting after valve seals replacement

hi, im new here and new to mazdas completely. i recently got a 2002 protege5 and the valve seals were bad, i replaced them and after everything was done the car doesnt start it just cranks. i took everything apart again and checked the timing belt, cam sprockets and crank sprocket, everything is lined up, i put all shims back in the same place and re checkked all my electrical connections, i have compression in all cylinders, fuel is good, spark is there, im stumpped. please help this noob!

Is it getting air?

(Don't ask me what you might have done to have choked it off that completely.)

Check the cam position sensor - did it get bumped/disturbed? Check the wiring...

How much did it cost to replace the valve seals? I would like to do this repair on my p5.

so it has spark and fuel but no fire hm. could be that you messed up the cam position sensor as said above could be the crankshaft position sensor. could be a very huge vacuum leak, but if compression is good then this is unlikely. is the egr system good? check your relays and fuses, you may have blown one accidentally.
