Need help!! How can i change my headlamps?

Kinda new on cars and not familiar with the mazda 6 headlight assembly. I want to change the headlight bulbs but dont know how. Need some help. How can i change the headlight for the H1 bulbs?

I'm not sure but I know it's more complicated than ordinary headlights. It says in the manual not to bother trying.

This is the only car I've ever owned where the manual says not to attempt changing your own headlights and does not give instructions).

yeah also realight the beam...they wll be off slightly noticable at night...there is a allen key hole just above them to adjust turn left to go down and right to raise.
