What size is the best to go on to a protege 2000
And where can i get Coilovers for a good price

Yellowspeed coilovers run $1,000. They about the cheapest you can get

As for rims you will need a high offset and most people won't go over 17s due to rubbing issues, you will probly have to roll your fenders.
