Neat MS6 feature

Don't know if this is a re-post but this has to do with the power windows. When you take the key out of the ignition and you forget to close the power windows they still operate until you open the doors. I discovered this by accident and thought it was a pretty cool feature.

If you put the key in the door and unlock or lock twice and hold it the second time the windows will roll up/down. The doors have to be shut for this to work.

Well if you've already got the key in the door, you can save yourself the trouble of pushing all those buttons and just turn it (loser)

Dude your a TOOL. I never said anything about pushing buttons. I was talking about turning the key while it's in the lock.

Thanks for the tip, tried it today and it worked. I really have to start reading that owner's manual LOL

Is that thing with the key the window "remote open feature"?

Picking up my speed 6 tomorrow and I can't wait!!!

I wish I could find a pdf of the owners manual :)

Funny thing is, my first car, which was a 1987 Mitsubishi Starion ESI-R also had this feature. :)
My gf discovered the window roll down accidentally when she was trying to unlock the car. Apparently she held down the unlock button too long and the windows rolled down. I tried it, and you can't roll them back up with just the remote though being outside the car with doors shut. :)
