mzspd6 questions

I am thinking of getting a speed 6. any issues with the engine internals with higher boost? how about aftermarket support? is there any. I dont want to go through the same thing I did with the msp. pistons going through oilpans and expensive one off parts. I have though about alot of awd cars and boiled it down to 2 audi a4 and the speed 6

well this is a mazda forum so we all gona go for the speed 6. as for aftermarket support cp-e got you coverd, the parts are expensive but this car reacts well to the mods! the only ms6 overboost engine damege was by accidentally boosting 30psi. the problem is on the drivetrain! i love my ms6 its quick and luxury!

Welcome aboard. Your best bet is to search though. The real limits of the motor have only been pushed by a few people. Depends on what you are looking for boost wise and power wise. There is one MS6 with intake/cat back exhaust, xede tuing (i think under 20 psi) TMIC and is running 12.9s.

well my best time was archive with 17psi, over that the turbo is maxed out!

I searched alittle and saw that no one makes a fmc for it yet. that was about as far I went though. but with those few mods that is a great time compared to all the mods I have on my msp. I just want a nice car that is pretty quick out of the box without having a large spoiler on it. I guess I am going to have to test drive one

There are a couple FMIC in the works. I think CPE is almost ready to release theirs, but I'm not positive.
