looking good...i would've taped off the the cam sensor, pcv hole, and oil cap though... paint is probably something that shouldn't be in those places...

Won't hurt a thing.

I would have powdercoated it myself....but your work looks good.

looks nice.. what kind of sand paper did you use and how long does the whole process take? I want to paint my valve cover but I don't know what kind of sand paper to get or how much sanding its needed.

i used a dremel for the edges with a sanding disc and then i used 60 80 120 350 400 2000 sand paper and wet sand primer and then high temp paint and auto clear took 2 days but looks great not done yet

yea i was but compr. died lol o well i had nothing better to do lol

looks good man. i would have left the letters the other color, or done them in blue to match the plug wires..

still looks good though.

bought my valve cover from rogue, took it to work, bead blasted it, self etch primed it, sealed it, base coat and 2 coats of clear. then i polished the lettering on it to a mirror finish! all in all i have about 35 (valve cover cost)dollars and 2 hours put into it. lol good work though!

it looks good yo. i def dig the red lettering but i wud trade out the blue wires for red.. unless u like a patriotic kinda look lol jk oh an MPKitty ur hubby did a good job i love red lol i went wit black on my car it jist went well wit the rest of the color scheme
