My first track day with the MS6

Well i didnt do too terrible. i was the only import that raced today. i beat most of the modded V8s there... mostly mustangs. my best time was a 13.7 at 100mph with a terrible 60ft time of 2.06. mods are: Cobb AP stage 2. (LC set at 4300rpm, rev limit 6500rpm, FFS at 5600rpm), Fujita CAI, PG TIP, ATP 3" catless DP, TurboXs hybrid bov. i had some launch problems at first and ran a couple 14.00ets. i know it can do better i just need to practice launching. next mods are prolly gonna be stiff diff and some springs then catback.

my buddy that went with me has a LS2 GTO 6spd with K&N CAI, Magnaflow catback with no mufflers (sounds amazing) Diablo sport tuner, and MT drag radials. his best time was a 13.3 at 106mph with a 1.9 60ft.

oh and i had a passenger, full tank of gas and im 6'7 230lbs. lol

nice... I just took my speed6 to the track 2 week ago and ran a 14.5 stock w/k&n pannel filter.

ya.. im not happy with my ets yet.. i want her to be in the 12s... even if its a 12.99 id be happy with that for a little while

Those are good numbers! And definitely better than I've posted yet. If you can get off the tree without bogging, you're well on your way.

thanks guys! i bogged twice in the first 3 runs... kept yankin it out of first on the launch... just anxious i think.. lol got the hang of it after that tho.
