My first mod

Woot!! I just got my first mod. It's a new grill. It's sooo sweet!! It was only 180 for the top piece and 60 for the bottom piece. It's made of black plastic, but I think there's gold underneath it!!
It has a huge mazda flying M in the middle of it which I thought was convenient considering I have a mazda.

I had to get it because someone decided to paint the original grill and it started to peel because of road debris...(It was all downhill after that)

Just wanted to let you guys know...Check my sig for pics!!

Oh yeah and my butt dyno says I've gained at least 12.5 hp on the top piece alone!!!

it looks stock, do you mean you just bought a new OEM grill to replace the painted one?

I was being sarcastic. Yes I did just buy a stock grill to replace the one I painted. Let me tell you....if you're thinking of painting the grill don't!! I painted mine silver and after the rocks started hitting it, it started to flake off and you could see the black underneath. Fugly!!

I said I think it's gold underneath because it was so expensive that I thought it was made of gold.

The bottom one isn't too bad, I actually repainted them black when they started to chip. The top piece is chopped to shiznits because I sanded it to get all the silver paint off so I could repaint it black. Sanding it just ended up leaving bits of plastic all over the grill so for the bottom piece I just repainted it over the silver paint and it looked normal, except for where some rocks have hit you can see the silver paint underneath. Thats when I just decided to get a new one, no screwing around with the grill anymore.

I could send you both or just the bottom for nothing, but you'd have to pay shipping, i don't know if ups or fed ex uses C.O.D's anymore, but if you don't want em, I'm just gonna throw them out.
