The Greddy unit is worth it trust me. Excellent quality calibration control, warning function. Reads below 12:1 the autometer gauges only read from 16:1 to 12:1 pretty crappy the Greddy unit reads from 16:1 to 8:1 perfect for turbo tuning as that is pretty much what it was designed for anyways and it does use its own dedicated O2 sensor as said above.....if you can afford it get an upgrade to a Electronic boost gauge as well much more accurate and you dont' have to run a vaccuum line all the way in your car so better responce to what you are actually running also. Electric units don't come cheap
