MSP front bumper on P5?

Just finished talkin to someone about maybe putting the MSP front bumper on my MP5. I really like the new MSP front styling, and I'm sure it will prolly be costly, but oh well...just dreaming and looking for input I guess. Anybody done this already, and if so, how does it look?

you don't need a whole new bumper because the msp's bumper is the same as the p5's just w/out side markers. the 03.5 msp just has a lip/air dam that attaches to the bumper much like an autoexe lip. all you need is the lip/air dam and you can get that for around $230-$250 at any mazda dealership

The guy up in Canada that did it with his MP3 and his friend with the P5 that did it made it look to be a pretty sick conversion. I love the look of my 03 Speed, but there is something tight as hell about a P5 that has the conversion done. Probably cause everyone hasn't done it yet.

As for cost, won't be too much if you can find someone on here that is getting rid of their 03.5 lip. I know some guys did, but I haven't seen anyone on here lately. Might check with Pumpkinhead cause I know he talked about taking the lip off his 03.5 that he got to replace his totaled 03. But, I don't know if he already has or if he even wants to. The new look might have grown on him.

That look is so damn hot. If what you say is true, I am definately going to have to talk to my dealer about a new look. $250 is nothing to ask for something unique. Should I go for it? What about painting costs?

Yeah I really want to now. Only problem is I don't have my car right now, I'm away at school and Mommy and Daddy won't let me take her with me yet. (sniff) Soon, my precious, we will be together...haha.

blackp5 did it. i forget how much it cost but it looks really good on the p5. i think i really dosent work with sedan headlights

So its just a lip? Damn, I got to do it. I'll wait till spring though when its warmer out. If it just a lip then I'll just get it painted and install it myself. I think its an excellent mod.

~300 for the lip guys. Just goes on with double sided tape I think. Take out the fogs, stick it on....done. Just got to get the lip painted.

Wow I dunno...300 bux plus paint would be how much? Kinda low on cash, but I might be able to work something out..I hope.
