The dealership does. Why would you buy a used one?

Warranty?

(rofl)

I mean in theory,I should be able to since none of my mods touch the rear assembly, but I think they will deny anything I try to bring in seeing as they know I have modified the s*** out of this car.

thier expensive.

same reason I went to you for my MAF and TPS,same reason you got the turbo from me rather then spending the kajillion dollers from mazda.

I think I may try the warrenty thing anyway, since they cannot prove any of my parts affected it.

In case you can't get the dealer to replace it try NAPA. I just replaced it on the race car. NAPA had it in stock with the ABS ring on it and all. Quite the easy job to replace if you have access to an impact gun. I think it was in the range of $80 from NAPA and had the exact same manufact. bearings as the OEM unit.
Questions on the replacement job....let me know(confused)

not worried about doing the actual work,I'm a tech.

but,it's cool,they are doin it under warrenty,YAY!!!!!!!!!
at first they didn't want to,they wanted to decline because of how modded the car is.then I had to bring in the facts of none of my mods having a affect on said part, and ased if they are going to refuse service,I wanted reason, and tech name, and supervisor name in writing.

and now it's getting fixed.

Whats the tech's name have to do with it?

You work at a dealer?

Sometimes you just have to get tough to get what you should have been able to get in the first place......(bang)

Good work!

for reference on who made the decisoin on iy being affected by my mods.

and hell no I don't work at a dealer,I would but the dealers here are striahgt up stealers, ripping off any way they can, there are over 8 dealers on our town, but they are all owned by 2 people.
they decide what to charge.

I work performance, because of the reasons listed above, and I am much happier making cars fast, and thinking out of the box.

I can give you an example of some of the cars we have done if you want?
