Mazda5 2012 Heater not blowing hot air

Hi All

I'm sorry if this topice has been asked and answered. if so please just point me to the topic thread.

I have a 2012 Mazda5, and the heater fan does not blow hot hair when idling. Once you start moving it will, but as soon as you get to a red light it switches to blowing cold. Same with the heated seats.

Yes I live in Ontario Canada, and yes it's really cold here this week but Over the weekend it got warmer and it still isn't working. It's going in to the shop tomorrow but I would like to see if it's something I can do myself. I read somewhere that it may have to so with the coolant?

Help please... It's sooooo cold.

Don't know about heated seats.
Last time I had this on my other car, it was a coolant cap that failed. It was not able to keep the 15PSI pressure as it suppose to, so coolant was not circulating properly at idle.
