When ever I drive my car a little hard my engine coolant starts to bubble up in the coolant holder and it shakes...I hate it but don't know how to fix it.

Thermostat might be sticking or bad head gasket... When was the last time you changed the coolant?

What's the coolant level at? Check it on cold engine please! I'm not gonna be liable for you burning yourself with hot coolant. Like JReichle said, sounds like a thermostat getting stuck in a closed position, hence why your overflow reservoir is bubbling over with antifreeze. If the thermostat sticks in a closed position, there is no circulation of the coolant, which will result in the overflow. ON THE OTHER HAND, if your thermostat would be stuck in an open position, your car (temperature gauge) would take forEVER to warm up/go up. I had that happen to me 2 winters ago, replaced the thermostat and everything went back to normal.v How many miles on the car?
