it is preferable to use 8 or 16 GB as they said and the USB muss FAT32 formatted before. Use PC with windows not ios to avoid hidden files also within file copy.

Here an owner of a CX-5 2021 Touring version. I updated the firmware to the version 11048, and all loks fine for now.
