M5 vs. M3 stock airbox compatibility help

Just acquired a 2008 Sport 5. It came with a EBay no name CAI. I'm not a mod type of person. In case I can't find a stock 5 airbox from a junk yard, would a Mazda 3 stock airbox work as well?

Yes it does. I'll try the salvage yards first, I guess I'll have a better shot at a M3.

You might ask in one of these forums if someone has one to sell, all the people who installed CAIs should have one
