I once magically got 400, doing highway driving from Austin-Dallas-Austin, with some austin city driving on that tank. I don't understand it either, because I was not going anywhere close to 55 on the highway, closer to 85 probably.
I have read that injector cleaner is bad for a FI motor.
I think it was in the owners manual.
i got 36 mpg with just an intake and circuit sports catless j pipe doing about 80 for 350 miles. no cats works.

I drive 50 miles a day minimally all city driving. when I fill up I put in 13- 13.5 gal. I have a theory about those of us seeing better mileage at 80 or so. Our cars make most of the HP and torque at the top end of the rpm band so it makes sense to think that higher cruising speeds means that your car is not working as hard to move itself. I don't know just a thought.
