Even moreso than WITHOUT the Injen?! Hell, being in Wisconsin, I'm afraid to drive my car without a boat-load of comprehensive insurance because I know it's only a matter of time before them big mo-fo-ing birds are in heat and come running toward my "call" under the hood. Looks like I better stay away from the Injen if it makes it sound even MORE real.

That's not good. When it makes that sound it means your turbo is surging. You're gonna need to adjust it. Once it starts sounding like a swoosh again, then you're all good.

ummm...that's possible but unless every MSP is surging then it shouldn't be an issue for dexter. Any MSP i've driven, or been in with the CAI (or heard) has the exact same turkey call. It sounds that way stock but just muffled because of the deadening qualities of the rubber and plastic versus the metal of the Injen. scared me for a second there

my bad. i didn't know it was stock. but you didn't have to be a dick about it. i know on the hks, greddy and blitz ones there is a screw used to adjust the tightness of the spring.

mine has the very same wierd sound.
is there a way to get rid of that sound except for getting a different bpv or bov

haha! I just installed that biotch tonight! I love that sound...but I bet the re-circ'd SSQV sounds sooo much better. Where's...hmm...must PM Linux....
