Cruddy shots of my 5. I detailed the inside and will do the outside this weekend and get some better ones. I haven't done anything to it yet anyway though and we've all seen the copper mica 5. I did switch to Michelin Primacy tires, 215s, the day I bought it because the Toyos were such junk. It's got Navi, remote start, and every accessory that can go on it from the catalog. I'm just getting started with it, obviously. Oh yeah, I switched it to Redline oil.

Other photos are of my new Focus. I've only had it about 3-4 weeks. I've put FSWerks upper and lower front stress bars, tint, and some cargo accessories from Ford. Steeda STS, Isotta Drake shift knob, redline boot are all being shipped right now. I'm getting the Ford Racing springs and shocks that lower it 1.5" next week. I threw in a couple pics from an impromptu mini meet that we had here in Lexington last Saturday night. The black SVT is putting down 280 whp. (rockon)

Belated welcome to the forums. It seems that a Mazda5 + a Ford car pairing is a common thing :)

In all honesty I do not dig the latest Focus model for the US, but that one you have with those wheels and the smoked headlights and tails (a-la Ford Marauder) makes it look good

I understand, I never really cared for any Focus to be honest. But when you get a car with a sticker of $19,060 for $9,600 it looks a lot better. It's turned out to be a great car that I'm very happy with. It's perfect, which I can't say for my 5 when it was new. It's got the moonroof, sub in the trunk, SYNC(which is really nice, better than my 5's bluetooth), and is really quiet and smooth(read rattle-free). But I understand that many feel the styling went backwards relative to the old ones.

Thanks for the "other car" link. I'm on it.

Nice pic's Robotaz. Whats the story on the 10K discount on the Focus. BTW, welcome to the 5 Forum

Cash For Clunkers, and extreme discounts from Ford and the dealer. I couldn't find anything close to that anywhere else. The dealer had like 35 Focuses that they wanted to move so they kept their huge discounts even when C4C started.

Since you meet other Focus owners, are you a FJ or FF member? I am a member on FJ. I've owned 2 silver ZX3's.

The wife had an Escort GT back in 1989, (had it 10 years), but never had a Focus. Always liked them and would love an SVT model, but cannot justify a 2 door with three cars already in the driveway.(drive)

Yeah, I had to liquidate two vehicles actually in order to get this one. But, one went for the cash 4 clunkers on the Focus, so I only really had to let one go that caused me pain.
