Has anyone been having really slow DSL speeds lately? In the morning times I am cool, 1.4 M/s, but in the evenings it is about 50-60 K/s. It isn't just one site either, it is every site or IP. and it's not just me, my buddy in the same town gets it too.
Doing a traceroute shows ping times in the 300+ range starting at about hop 4, so it isn't my connection, it is the Internet backbone. Anyone else in NC or anywhere else getting this?
