Injectors for 1.6L

Are there any aftermarket injectors for the 1.6L 99 LX model? All stock motor with about 133XXX on it, and im going to slowly replace parts on it. Just trying to find prices of injectors and starting with trying to find aftermarket ones first. If not ill go with stock ones if its a bad idea to go with AM ones right now. If they they make AM ones for my car any brands that would be best? and what CC should I run? I browsed the internet a little bit and found a couple but wasnt sure they would really work. Looks like RC makes some that need spacers, 440cc and 550cc I think. Thanks guys!

You should be fine with OEM replacement injectors. The only time Ive seen people on here use 440-550cc injectors are when theyre boosted, and putting them in without a tune isnt recommended.

That's what I needed to know. What about fuel rails? Or a pressure reg with other injectors? Basicly I'm tired of the nasty looking stock parts under my hood. Lol

Those things are beyond my knowledge, lol. But, from a personal opinion, if youre tired of looking at a nasty stock engine bay, replacing things with expensive, unnecessary parts is a waste of money and time. If you want something pretty to look at when you open your hood, your time might be better spent in just painting things and doing wire tucks, etc. There are other things you can do besides shell out hard earned money on parts that wont be used to their full potential. Look up threads on engine bay clean up, and painted valve covers. It may not seem like much at first, but sometimes the little things make a big difference :)

Oh, I will be going boost in 2 years so just tryin to stay a lil ahead. And maybe buyin parts early so it wont cost as much later.

Perrin Rail and any top feed for Subaru are compatible with most mazda Intake manifolds for the 1st 2nd and 3rd gen.

440cc Blue
550cc Pink

Then there are some 750cc and 1000cc injectors which are good for sequential to 400 WHP and 500 WHP

Boosting a 1.6L altough sounding like a fun project is a bit like boosting a small weed wacker... Why not start out with a larger engine and then go from there.

You would likely be able to make the same power at 25 PSI on the 1.6L at 15 PSI on the 2.0L Forged...

Well I'm not building for raw power. Building for shoe mostly and very little autocross just for fun. And yes I know boost and autocross really don't mix but this will be a look good car. The rx8 is going to be our speed demon. I gave up on trying to be fast. Considering they make V6s from factory faster than my old turboed mx3 now. No reason for trying. Just going for looks and intimidation. And enough to keep up with all the 8s I run with.

Get a GT20 and an extra injector controller.. Set the WG to 6 PSI

Look up EIC2
