i hate the grille on this car

the chrome trim above the badge is so out of place, mostly because its the only chrom piece on the car. it looks ridiculous, and totally takes away from that sport look.

im strongly considering a new grille

im considering ordering one from mazdausa, does anyone have any ideas for what youve done, or what you know about aftermarket ones?

Edit opps, you dont have the speed 6 you got the regular v6 mazda. Disregard the private message then.

you can remove the chrome strip up top, sand, prime, paint it to match and then clear coat it. I'm working on that now with my old chrome grill. different look than the sport grill I already have

my gf's mazda6 v6 hatch has the color matched sport grille from factory, I have to admit I hate that little chrome trim above the top too, you should try what dream weave said, I know a guy a work who did that to his 6...... or you could get try getting an OEM sport grille replacement to swap out that chromed one.
