I was heading home yesterday, my drive is mostly highway. On the first stretch I encounter a guy in daddy's M3 (he was way to young to be the owner) and he just had to show me who's boss. Then closer to the end of my drive I come across "middle age man" in his new vette, driving at the speed limit until I try to pass him. Then all of a sudden he's going 150km. I'm like, WTF is wrong with these guys. I dont take pride in putting down far less powerful cars so in my opinion these guys are idiots. And actually I kept with the vette until he chickened out and slowed down. And the M3 couldnt lose me through a tight "S" curve that led to the highway. So naaaaaaah!!!!

PS: I havent installed my Joe P MBC yet, but when I do.........

yeah i agree, but what ticks me off is a integra can go 195 km/h in 4th gear where as that is 5th for proteg 5s and at 5,600 rpm. Let me tell you at that rev there is absolutly no more go.

I have a friend who is 18 and owns a 97 M3

And the M3 couldnt lose me through a tight "S" curve that led to the highway.

the kid must have sucked at driving it because I've ridden in my friends and the handling is wayyyy better than anything I've been in. We was taking 35mph curves at 70 and it wasn't slipping at all.

well this M3 was an '03 and I would have to agree, he probably wasnt the best driver.

The dentist with the new 03 M3 regularly gets beat at the autox by my MSP...on street tires. The M3 had to go back to BMW on a recall to get the motor rebuilt, so he's been driving his 96 M3. The MSP beats that at autox, too.

Nope, the M3 is in B stock, the MSP is in D stock, but I'm running Street Tire so they use the pax modifier on your raw time to compensate for the performance advantage.

The MSP is an awesome autox car. Last weekend the Corvettes on race rubber were turning 50s and I turned 52s on our OEM Bridgestones!

I call it respect. If they didn't respect your car they wouldn't waste their gas. I've had a zo6 and a 98 modded M3 flex on my protege on the highway. I thought it was cool.

lol, my p5 was kinda able to keep up with a trans am, the guy eyes were popping out of his head when he saw he wasnt dusting my ass, we pulled a u turn and stopped in the middle of the road and chatted for about 2 min, he was like what do u have under ur hood, nothing itz stock at 130hp, he couldnt believe it
