How much should I sell the ms6 for?

I know this thread will more than likely get thread jacked but its been bothering me for awhile.
Unfortunately its about that time for me to move on and get a different car.
I'll talk about what kind of car another time. I absolutely hate that everybody goes off KBB to determine how much a car is really worth. So I thought I would turn to the forum (you guys) to give me some opinions.

So heres the details on the mazda.


Its a 2006 Mazda Mazdaspeed6
Has 66047 miles.
50%+ are interstate miles
Oil has been changed every 2900 miles with full synthetic.
One TINY (PENNY SIZED) dent on rear drivers side door. other than that. the exterior is perfect.

Has never seen a race track.
Has never had smoke problems.
Has never had any mechanical, drivetrain, engine, electronic, etc. problems.

It's been the PERFECT car for me.
I am the second owner since 45000 miles. The previous owner was a young gal who kept the car stock and babied it.

Interior includes
- Power seats
- Oreo leather interior (black and white)
- NO nav.
- power windows
- power locks
- traction control
- 6 disc CD

Mods.
CPE Cold air intake
CPE catback exhaust
CPE motor mount
H&R lowering springs
Forge BPV V2
Cobb Acessport
tinted tails
front lip
rain gaurds
shark fin
twm shift knob
stock shifter

stock wheels.

let me know your thoughts on how much I should sell it for privately.

its suggested retail is 18,2XX. (but I don't really care what KBB has to say) that seems overpriced to be honest.

I find from past experience that you are always better stocking out and selling your mods seperately...seems like most buyers are looking for a stock car over modded anyways.

yeah i agree on the stock idea...
however I have numerous friends looking to buy and i dont know what to put down for a price! its killin me.
13-15 k sounds reasonable.
