How many CDs?

Just got to looking through my CD collection and was wonder if I have a normal amount or if I'm just a freak. I have 199 Orignal CDs and 51 Copied CDs. So how many do you all have?

If I would have spend that much on my car I could almost have a turbo by now....

I only have 47 CDs. I only buy a CD if I KNOW the whole disc is good, otherwise I don't spend the money. How many books does it take to hold all those discs?

my total....is around 60....but then I just started collecting, as the P-5 is the first car I have had a cd player in...and other than that...I only play them in my computer.....

but......you are WAY normal compared to a buddy of mine....he has over 1000......yep you saw that right...I did NOT hit one to many zero's....he has over 1000....I just can't imagine.

Well, at one point I had about 400 CDs and over 250 DVDs. THat number has since dropped to about 200 CDs and 150 DVDs. And I am working on decreasing those amounts.

wow, that is alot. i have 0 dvds and about 300 cds. probally about 100 of which are copies.

How many books does it take to hold all those discs?

One big one. I have a whole bookshelf of CD cases. I also have 23 DVDs. Mostly Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Oh, Compact Disc NOT Certificate of Deposit. Silly me. Thought we were considering economic forecasting. Seriously, I have well over 100 Compact Discs and 20+ DVD's. I've lost count of CD-RW's ones. I've copied most onto my lap to transfer to a MP3 player. I love technology and await prices dropping for the DVD-RW unit Phillips and others have out.

I have about 300 regular music CDs, and 25 DVDs (just got a player a few months ago) that were store purchased. I have about 200 downloaded movies and about 1000 (one thousand) CDs with MP3s on them that I have downloaded over the last 5 years. Those mp3s would equate to between 5 and 10 thousand regular CDs. I am much more selective now about what I download, only 192 bit or higher quality encoding.

I have maybe 25 cds and 3 dvds and I only listen to the ten in my Cd changer in my truck. Then again, I guess my wife came equipted with around 100 to 150. I only listen to 6 of her's and they are all in the changer in the car. Then again, I guess I never really saw the point of buy a CD for one song when if it was so good, they play in on the radio all day long.

well.... hmm lets see..

i have 128cd case in my car FULL of copied cds (some spaces even double stacked but we won't coun't those)
24CD case in my car FULL of copied cds
around 20 in my room (real cds w/ books and everything)

DVD's = 19 (REAL store bought)
copied movies = ~300 movies which equals to 350CDR's(two 5" binders FULL)
VCD's = 15x2CDs = 30

so its 128+24+20+19+350+30 = 571CDs
wow didn't know my burners did so much work LOL

i started to do that to my room but then quit 'cause it would take me forever just to fill half of one wall. ne way i have about 30 original cd, 4 or 5 copied cd's and like 25 DVD's. i like buying my cd's...its just not complete w/out the booklet(loser)
