Houston SCCA December 1st!

yep the next houston autox is december 1st. it'd be sweet if some ppl fromth e board would come. this will be my first event and i'm coming with a fairly large group.

Protege DX- Stock
Civic LX- Stock
Eclipse GST- Slightly Modded
Civic Si HB- Slightly Modded
Mazda MP3- MP3 Girly
Protege5- Rice (Equinox) ?
2.5 RS- Slightly Modded ?
Civic DX HB- Highly Modded ?
Addition:
CRX- Highly Modded ?

If this gets any response from the TX ppl, i'll set a time to meet up etc.

no its not at the police acamedy. its at the horse track. they set up the course in the p-lot btw

yep! i am definately going, but it's gonna happen regardless. the scca houston chapter is going to run it. i'll post some more info when i get home from work, but their website is http://www.houscca.org

(must show membership card)
Non-SCCA Members $25 each day

Morning Group 2002 2nd Semester Run Order
Registration 7:30-8:30 a.m.
NEW to the sport?
Be there by 7:30 a.m.

Afternoon Group 2002 2nd Semester Run Order
Registration 12:00-1:00 p.m.
NEW to the sport?
Be there by 12:00 Noon or earlier

Hehe you don't rent helmets, they have a big bin of them sitting out so you can borrow them while you race. So no worries. But I have my own pretty blue one.

send me an IM at marcgerth tonight so we can talk. i'm working from 5-10 so i'll have an away message up til then.

for all of you who are meeting us up for the event, look for a Black DX, Blue MP3, Silver P5, White Eclipse, White 2.5RS. We hope to arrive at GGP at around 7.15 so we can talk a bit before registration.

WOW!!!! WOW!!!!!!! I'm speech-less!! I am now addicted to autox for life!!!

MAZDA KNOWS HOW TO BUILD CARS!!!

i was just 1 second behind my friend with a 94 civic si(with 17"s w/ W-rated tires) and i BEAT my friend's Eclipse GS-T by 2 seconds!! wow i am very impressed with the ability of just the DX! i'll post more later!!

well...i think i missed all posts you guys posted here since i have not checked this car meet board for a long long time...but i definitely came back...ya...i am the one whom you spoke to when i left in GGP...btw...i ain't satisfied what i have got today...i wish i could have gone into at least 46sec...but i didn't...i think i'll push it a little harder next year...
