Does anyone have the homelink mirror installed with their MS6, I was told that it they are not compatible. So we have to order mirror and compass. I huess I will have to make another trip to the dealer.
They do not even talk to each other. They are not connected at all. Go get the mirror and wire to a power source and go. Its that simple. The home link mirror is nice to have.
Dealer says homelink is not compatiable. Had to wait a few days for regular compass and mirror to arrive, now I dont even get the tempature feature to work just the compass and the automatic dimming feature which is annoying because the it blinks everytime light contacts. Homelink would have been nice, no need for bulky garage door openers.
What did the dealer say it was not compatible with? I am taking mine in thursday to have some scratches and paint flaws buffed out and I was going to have them put the homelink mirror in at the same time. They have not mentioned anything about it not being compatible with anything. Any more info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
