Help needed: Factory SIRIUS module (2013) works with aftermarket HU?

I have the Mazda 5 with everything (GT model?) has factory SIRIUS, so I'm going to put in a JVC or kenwood module, just wondering if I can use the SIRIUS module and hook it up to the new HU?
