Help me ID these craigslist Enkei Wheels

I found this post on craigslist and I like these wheels. However, there is very limited info provided with the listing. Anyone recognize these or have any idea what they might be? I am trying to find specs.

I contacted the seller and he wasn't really able to provide any info.

Finally, with 245/45 tires, would these even fit on an MS6? I have stock suspension currently, but may get springs at some point. Thanks for the help guys.

exactly. Enkei probably made the rims, just like Rays made the G35 rims for the sport model

fit depends on offset...i am running 245 45 18 on an 8.5in wide wheel with a +38 offset with moderate fender roll and no rubbing.
