I will guess that you got an Alpine V-Power 5 channel amp second hand and it didn't have the LINE LEVEL input harness with it huh? ....hmmmmmm seeing as how its a special plug that is in the side of the amp that it plugs into....I think your best bet for finding one of these would be to write Alpine......maybe you can get one directly from them.....that is where I would start anyway....
AND/OR....if you have a local audio shop that is an Alpine dealer...check with them....this amp also accepts RCA inputs...and if someone recently purchased and had installed one of these amps that had outputs on their head unit...and used RCA's to hook up the amp....then they had no need for their line level input harness......its just another posibility.....
got on alpines web page and they use pacparts or something like that for replacement parts for their products. Got the harness ordered for $3.20 plus shipping. Will be about $10 total, and even with my hook up at a shop here I don't think it would have been that cheap direct from Alpine. I really miss working in a shop and getting employee purchase from the factory, damnit
Just be thankful its not kenwood. They don't sell there parts, they make you buy them from a parts supplier and a simialar harness can cost $50. $40 for a dealer.
