Headlight conversion Problem

I have change my MSP headlight for P5 headlight, but my low beam burn two time in a month. I've followed the how to thread here with this picture:

Maybe something goes wrong with this setup or I miss a step, I have exactly the same wiring as the picture show.

I'm not sure what it is about Protege5 headlights, but my low beam on the driver's side has burnt out frequently, on both my first P5 and on my current one. In fact, I often see other P5s around town, and at least 50% of them have a low beam that is burnt out. I don't have a solution, but you are not alone.

Go back to the much better p 5 dual beam setup. The single beam in the sedans suck

Maybe my fuse ?

fuses won't cause the lamp to burn out. probably a loose fastener allowing extra vibration or a bad seal allowing moisture in. My wifes P5 with the stock lights goes years between needing headlights. Just touch em up once a year to clear the film off and good to go.
