Having Trouble Removing Faceplate - and yes, I already Searched!

Hey guys - if you could quickly lend some insight I'd be most appreciative...last night my friend's car got broken into, and it made me think that I don't ever take my faceplate off - and when I tried, it felt like it wouldn't give and I'd break it.

Anyway, I set the wait time to 5 seconds, thinking that was enough time to pull it out before it closed up, but no luck. If anyone can relay any experiences with this, that would be kewlness!!

when you turn off the car and the radio flips on it's back. (face up) just put your four fingers beind it ( the top when the radio is on) and pull. it should slide right towards you and off. easy as pie. to put it back on just click the volume side in first and then press on the other side.

Yay! I got it! I was just chicken, didn't want to pull too hard...(uhh, I said pull too hard...huh huh...)....
