Hey I installed my PG kit on Saturday and my Forge BPV sounds like a HKS BOV, No more clashing swords, More of a WHOOSH now?? An super loud.(ugh)

My BPV sound has changed alot. I have the turbosmart dual port. It has a choked sound most likely due to the 90 degree elbow. I also get fluttering when letting off the throttle sometimes. I'm sure it can be taken care of with some careful adjustments, I just haven't felt like taking the time to do it.

pretty damned good. Still need to get the new ATR to make use of the max load cap feature, can't wait to see how she runs after that.

What size core is the PG kit using? is it similar to the COBB core size: 24 X 3.5 X 7.9 in size?

I believe the core is a little smaller than the COBB core... either way you're going to have a much different sound regardless of the type of bpv bov you use, my HKS bov went from minor flutter to becoming a lot more sustained and a lot louder.. but I like it.

my BPV sounds just like the day i put it in, nice and even sound synapse SSBOV No diaphragm just pure atmospheric pressure.
