Guy in MSP gets his ass kicked

I ran someone over in my old Miata.
My girlfriend at the times ex boyfriend ( who didnt like me very much) ended up in the car in front of me at a stop sign. Next thing i know he's charging my car with a club in his hand so naturally I floor it and he goes flying over the hood, hits the windshield and off the side. I considered backing over him a couple times but figured prolly not a good thing to do. So I take off and call the cops to report the incident. The officer tells me there is nothing they can do unless the other guy files a complaint!!!:wtf:

i had a guy in some teal colored 1st gen eclipse or talon i was messing with on the highway one morning on my way to work last fall when i had my TII. came up along side of me and matched my pace for a mile or so at about 73 then guns it. so i downshifted into 4th, took off,passed him like it was nothing and got probably an 1/8 of a mile ahead of him. i slowed down for a while, he comes back and does it again. so i downshifted into 4th keeping the RPM's high to spool the turbo better and he's looking over at me then the road,me,road,me,road. and then guns it again. i follow passing him even quicker this time and leaving him well enough behind to think he'd have had enough by now. nope.
so he's behind me and i'm in the passing lane and i come upon this friggen chebby avalanche pulling a trailor. stay there for about a mile and he's not going anywhere so i downshift again and fly by him on the right while the guy in the talon follows not so closely. i'm getting off at my exit and this guy comes flying up along side of me and cuts in front of me by about 3" at 90mph and proceeds to slam on his brakes right in the middle of the road going down the onramp. so of course i slow down and see he's just about stopped so i start to go around him and he pulls the car that direction and cuts me off. now i'm getting pissed. he then proceeds to get out of his car and comes up to me with this pissed off look on his face and here's the conversation.
him-"what the ***** your problem man?"
me-"i have no clue what your talking about but if you'll move your car i'd like to go to work now"
him-"i'll tell you what i'm talking about,you were driving like a real asshole back there"
me-"really? was i? when?
him-"yeah dickhead,you were. when you cut that guy off back there you passed"
me-"you're going to have to be more specific than that because i passed alot of people and none of them did i cut off"
him-"yeah well stop driving like an asshole or else you're going to have some real problems"
me-" oh ya think so, well you can take those problems that i'm going to be having and **** off with them, i'm going to work now b****"gave him the finger,redlined 1st gear,shot a flame out the back and got to the bottom of the ramp.
i turned around just in time to see him clsoe his door and back up the off ramp and get back on the highway. what put me into asshole mode is when he got out of his car and he was in some uniform thing, not sure if it was army,navy,marines,recruiter of some kind of what but it was a dress type thing. i've got no respect for those people whatsoever for other reasons. i tried being nice be he kept on with the asshole and dick comments so i had had enough while he was wasting my precious time on my way to work

And I was just commenting on a jack already in progress. BACK ON TOPIC!!!General idea you have a right to defend yourself but only to the degree of getting out of harms way.
Example:You get into a punching fight of which you didn't start. You manage to get away only to come back and hit him with a bat. Your at fault for using the weapon.
If you are going to run someone over with the car make damn sure there was no other escape or alternative. Cause you could face legal trouble in either criminal or civil form.
Course all depends on state and how strict the law is in that area.

I don't know about the rest of you, but to me self defense shouldn't be proportional.. Shoot, if someone comes at me or my spicy orange MSP I'll do whatever it takes. Running him over will probably be option 2. I'm not to enthusiastic on ruining my front end b/c some jackass. lol

you should really think about what you said. Alot of people put their life on the Line for all of us americans so that we can have the freedoms like no other country. If you really don't have any respect for the Dept of Defense maybe u should move to another country.

well how about this. i will stereotype since i've never met anybody from any branch of our mighty armed forces that hasn't been 150% GUNG HO and tried to get me to join or listen to what they had to say or referred to that branch every chance they got. whether it was somebody making a joke about something and the person saying "oh well try making a comment like that in the _____ and they'll have you doing blah blah blah" or somebody saying they miss a person or miss being home and the military person saying something to the affect of "you can't miss people when you're in the ____,you don't get the opportunity,you're too busy trying to keep your head above water and stay in line to worry about you left back home". what the hell? who cares what it would be like if you were in said branch of government,you aren't so don't associate every and anything with it. see this is what i meant about the brainwashing thing. i know people who enjoy things in life and take pride in them and like to talk about them with friend. what i don't know is people who have hobbies,career's they enjoy who go out and stand in public or visit our schools and try to push their thoughts and opinions off on innocent unwilling and unknowing bystandards.
