Should have the molds finished today. Once we do the detail work on them, we will make the first fender for fitting. Will keep you updated.

Update

The molds are finally ready............Tomorrow we will infuse our first fender. If it turns out as expected we should have a pic of the part up on Friday. Drews car will be with us for the weekend and we will test fit. You group buy guys are getting a great deal.... Once the test fit takes place the price will jump considerably. We will run a two day special of $725.00 (by the end of the day on Friday). After that I can assure you the price will be more...... Of course you guys know that if for some reason the things do not fit, we will stay with it till they do or refund the $$. Thanks, Bob and Bryan

Update

We pulled the first fender out of the mold...........not bad for the first one. We will test fit it to Drews car tomorrow. The few flaws that occured can be easily resolved with some tricks we use during infusion..... Will post the picture of this first one sometime tomorrow....should be ready for production on Tuesday....

Here is the first fender out of the mold. It is wet sanded in a few places and not clear coated, so no shiny part yet.
It fit good and it seems to be about 20% of the weight of the stock steel.

on a side note, you can see how yellow the hood is. it almost looks like kevlar.
