Good cordless tools?

I'm looking to buy a nice cordless drill. Not sure what brand is good, reliable, tough, battery life, etc. I'm also thinking it would be nice to get something that has compatible batteries with other tools if I decided to other cordless tools. Does anyone have a good drill they would recommend or any input?

DeWalt is the s*** to the max dude, all tools me/my dad have are dewalt..they make just about anything...and they last for ever and work like new everytime...love that company

Black & Decker all the way. Hitachi has some good revews too.

all depends on the Job.

Makita and Milwaukee brands are quite good. Main thing is look at the battery and try to get one that's lithium ion or even NiMH rather than ni-cad.
