getting my car serviced for the first time... few questions

When approaching the "clunk" issue is there something I should tell them that they would know right away that im not just some random kid who "hears s***" coming from the back of his car? I want to address that issue and the subwoofer issue... any info would be nice so i can avoid the dealership trying to BS me... thanks guys

Let one of the techs drive it. If they have any clue, they should hear it as soon as you go over some speed bumps or uneven roads.

yeah, I was wandering that too.. I also am plaged with the "clunk"... but do I need to take out my MBC when I go for that?? like,, if I leave my car,, are they going to dig through the engine??

I would take it out, just to be on the safe side..

i would take it out, but really if you think about it, there is no way they can convince you that a mbc has anything to do with rear suspension.

They can make excuses for everything and say the increased power caused the suspension to fail or some bs like that. Besides, I dont think you'd want your dealer to see your car with a mbc in it.
