You have to cut the back of the lip where it bolts to the bumper. There's not a designated amount that has to be cut....just put the fogs in and cut the lip till it fits. The part that goes around the fog will sag a little unless you use a bunch of sticker tape.....I ended up putting 2 screws up in the fog area where you couldn't see them.
