Fog light wiring

hi,

I got today fog lights and even the switch. I had the get them out by myself and took also the wiring between the 2 lights incl. the plug which goes then up. The switch was an easy install in my car, then plug was there.

I installed also the fogs self but I didn't find the plug the connect the fogs with the rest of the car wiring. Is this not prepared? like just "plug and play"? I thought because the wires for the plug was all there. Maybe I'm just blind?

If not, means then also the relay is missing too? and I have to get this all from the trash car too? It was a 2 hours ride to go there :/

I found the plug for the lights, but still there comes no power on. What do I miss?
