and the only reason people got DENIED was because their dealer, not the COMPANY told them they were and they chose not to fight it...so it's not our fault that they took it in the ass without questioning it....I'd like to see any person that got DENIED a form or letter stating that they were denied from the company of manufacturer NOT THE DEALER.

If only life was that simple & easy. You can tell them about this till you're blue in the face, but the bottom line is, most times, when you get denied for warranty work you're going to have to get a lawyer to have any shot of winning the battle...
