Oh yeah..your not just popping those out....And if you attempt to..you may cause more damage than you have now which will only cost you more in the long run.
You could try the dry ice or compressed air method, however, I don't know how well these options work as I have never used them. Your best bet will always be the auto body shop.
Those are in some tough spots to try to pop out. You may be able to take some of the inside wheel well covering out and lightly tap it but those areas don't pop out smooth or pop out and stay.
Best bet is to call around and find a dent specialist.
