Faulty factory fitted alarm

Hi all,my first post as im struggling, my Mazda Premacy 2001 1.8 factory fitted alarm starts off between 5 & 20 minutes after locking the car, my neighbours complained so much i had to discon the connector to the main horn which at least stopped the noise however my lights continue to flash, i was told it may be the volumetric sensors being triggered by the last remaining volume of air from the car heater fan, i tried not using the fan to see if this helped, Alas it didn,t, Does anyone have any suggestions, im willing to shut off the alarm completely as im at my wits end, i am also at a loss how to even discon the alarm as i have secure parking at home and work, thanks for looking at this thread

Try pulling the terminals off the battery for 15 minutes or so, reconnect, then see if the alarm goes off.

re problem with mazda alarm

Thanks for posting Kona, sorry about not getting back with results sooner, unfortunately the unplugging of battery didnt work either, anyone know how to disconn the alarm system?
