ok, so I ordered the pro kit and it should be in tomorrow.. however, Im wandering if I should send them back and get the sportlines? we calculated that the pro kit will be 4 lbs softer than the racing beats, but they will make up for that with the drop..

HOWEVER.. Im thinking that the sportlines might be better. I want stiffer springs, that will drop my car and make it handle better.

so does anyone have either the pro kit or the sportlines on their mazda speed?

Just because they're stiffer doesnt mean they are going to handle better. Actually ION Performance has a set of nice springs in either race or sport, very good price too.

well, I already bought the pro kit. I was just wandering if I should go ahead and put them on, or if I should send them back for the sport lines...

how about those spring rates? I cant find them anywhere

I don't believe the sportline is available for our cars. Oh and the Racing BEats would be difficult to equate due to the fact that they should be a linear rate spring and the Eibachs progressive.

Therefore the steering response you would get from the racing beat springs should still be better than that of the Eibachs even if you did somehow "correlate" the two into a formula of sorts. I think. lol.
