Ebay nextmod replica grill

So, i ordered myself a grill off ebay, a replica nextmod grill. It came from japan. Fiberglass. There were no holes for the screws, so i had to drill those myself. Next, i put it on and the top of it touches the air guide and doesnt let the grill go back far enough, so i had to shave some of it. Then, after doing that, i put it on and notice there is a pretty big gap between the good and the grill itself, exposing the air guide and all that. DO NOT BUY THE EBAY GRILLS. Maybe im doing something wrong but it didnt look to good. Ill take pictures later. Paid 106 for it shipped.

I just ordered mine from nextmod.. There aren't many car parts that I skimp on and buy off of ebay..

I had ordered a replacement for the oem myself and went with the nextmod. I will say that the fitment isn't much better than shurik describes. I have an in depth thread on 6club. That I won't repost here but basically it would have cost around 100-150 to fill in chips/sratches and reform the edges. I am going to return it and just go with the oem one. The only quality piece is the autoexe one.

i got mine from speedline. they sell stuff on ebay but i bought the grill from their site.

my experience is that the fitment was decent. good enough to need some minor adjustments but to modification to anything. i did have to trim a little off of the plastic around the hood latch.
it was nicely finished and the paint matched.
