Driving lights 2001 Premacy

Hi Guys,
I have an 2001 premacy and would like to install the factory driving lights. does any one know if the wiring loom is pre installed or do i have to find one?
also is there a switch i have to look for or are the lights hooked up to the head lights / high beam?
