Right now I have a catless CORKSPORT Power Series 80mm Exhaust on my car and the stock downpipe is cracked so I need to buy a new one. Money is a little tight so Im looking for something affordable but I also don't need it breaking on me again so I need something reliable. I don't mind spending a couple hundred but the $400 CORKSPORT downpipe is a little much for me.

Any suggestions?

Also, my mechanic said that my "induction pipe" was broken. (picture is below, where the zip ties are) Is this part of my stock intercooler? If so I want to replace the intercooler with an SMIC. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks guys

It's referred to as a hot pipe but that's technically not the proper name for it. Mazda calls it "Duct, compressor out to intercooler inlet", part number 0000-88-C57. Corksport sells silicone replacement hoses for both the hot and cold pipes that fit the stock and aftermarket side mount intercoolers. This is very common. As for the exhaust you can buy a DP on this forum that will work with your CS exhaust or just save up for the CS DP.

Getting pretty desperate for a downpipe but can't afford the Corksport one. Really would like an aftermarket downpipe though...Anyone have any suggestions? I haven't seen any for sale on here recently.

make one im trying the edelbrock down pipe here pretty soon but i have seen enough things on ebay to say that making one would not be that difficult.
