Your gauges will look good with rings but I think you'll definitely have to paint your needle bases like I did in this thread or they're going to really stick out with your mostly silver/white layout.

Thats cool never thought about doin that, how do you go about that sence you cant take the needles off, model paint? (uhm)

I don't see why not. I'm guessing you're talking about getting rid of the stock plastic overlay and get bronze or brushed or cf instead. Should be fine.

ya they were selling it on ebay, in CF, i figured it would look good with the chrom rings.

I think DG Motorsports sells the CF overlays new as well...

I think it'll look ok. I'm not a huge fan of CF though

HI Guys, I got an update from Cullen over at Street Unit. Here is the update he gave me to pass on to you loyal, and patient members:

"There are 900 rings to stamp out, one at a time. The 600 small rings are being stamped now then the 300 large rings. Very time consuming work. Once all the rings are done and test fitment is finished, we will start the prebuy. Instruction video will be located on the website. It will be open for 4 days and then we will start shipping out. We appreiciate everyones patience. We are making enough now so no one has to wait for their rings to be made once they place an order."

they should charge more, I think the demand is high enough that they could pull $40 to $50 a set, probably make killer profit margins
